1. Legal Entity Notice
Silicon Valley Film Lab is an educational workshop series organized, operated, and legally owned by T21 Film Studio LLC, a California-registered limited liability company.
All services, communications, documents, and transactions related to Silicon Valley Film Lab are conducted under the legal authority of T21 Film Studio LLC.
All copyrights, trademarks, legal rights, and responsibilities associated with Silicon Valley Film Lab are fully held and protected by T21 Film Studio LLC.
2. Privacy Commitment
T21 Film Studio LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
We collect personal data solely to provide educational and creative services and to maintain accurate internal records.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your explicit written consent, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
By enrolling in our workshops or using our services, you automatically agree to this Privacy Policy.
3. Consent to Participate
By attending any Silicon Valley Film Lab class or workshop, participants and/or their legal guardians confirm their voluntary participation and agreement to follow all studio policies and safety rules.
Participation may include (but is not limited to): light physical movement, creative storytelling, video recording, collaborative projects, and the use of filming equipment such as iPads, tripods, props, and lighting.
4. Responsibility and Accountability
Each participant (or their legal guardian, if under 18) is fully responsible for:

Their own health and physical readiness;

Respectful conduct during all sessions;

Supervision before and after class for children under 12;

Treating others and studio property with care.
T21 Film Studio LLC is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or property damage resulting from participant negligence, undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow instructions.
5. Health & Medical Disclosure
Participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or past surgeries before taking part. If unwell, participants must inform the instructor or studio.
T21 Film Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse participation in the interest of safety. In emergencies, the studio may contact 911 and notify guardians.
We strongly recommend medical consultation before engaging in physical or technical activities.
6. Code of Conduct
We promote a respectful, inclusive, and creative learning environment. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior, including misuse of equipment, may result in immediate removal from the program and possible termination without refund.
T21 Film Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel enrollment in case of repeated policy violations.
7. Scheduling and Attendance

We reserve the right to adjust class times or substitute instructors.

Missed sessions (for personal reasons) are not refundable but may be rescheduled if space allows.

If a session is canceled by the studio, a makeup class or credit will be provided.

In the event of local lockdowns or emergencies, classes may move online.
8. Personal Property Disclaimer
Participants are advised not to bring valuables to class.
T21 Film Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
9. Use of Studio Equipment
All equipment must be used under staff supervision.
Any damage to studio property caused by carelessness or improper use must be reimbursed by the participant or guardian.
10. Waiver of Liability
By enrolling in Silicon Valley Film Lab workshops, you agree:
You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation, including injury, emotional discomfort, or loss of personal property.
You release T21 Film Studio LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from all liability or claims related to workshop activities, unless due to gross negligence or intentional harm.
